Hawthornes has a strong Environmental policy and were one of the first printers in the UK to achieve IS014001. Since then we have achieved FSC and PEFC accreditations.

Having a continual investment programme, Hawthornes are able to offer the latest technology in sheet-fed litho.

To enhance image clarity and clear reproduction, Hawthornes offer a variety of specialist screenings including Stochastic and Hybrid. Our Closed Loop Colour Management using Heidelberg's Image Control system enables us to consistently manage and control colour throughout the print run.

Our Cutstar attachment enables us to buy reels of paper and sheet these prior to printing. This can save you up to 15% on the paper cost.

All of our presses perfect allowing us to be competitive on price on any combination of printing, up to 10 colours, but particularly 2/2, 4/4 and 5/5 work.

Hawthornes also have in house PUR binding. This latest technology gives a much stronger finish compared with traditional Perfect Binding but at the same cost.
Recent investments in Pre-Press and Finishing enable Hawthornes to offer outstanding quality at a competitive price.
