Additional information
Since obtaining ISO 14001 in 1998 we at Breckland Print, as part of the
Colchester Print Group, have set targets for improving our environmental
performance year on year. For example we have reduced our landfill by 70%
and this year we will achieve FSC certification. We have been awarded Green
Apple Gold 2001 and Silver 2004 awards.
We have also won the Eastern Daily Press environmental award in 2005.
Throughout the company we have appointed environmental “champions”
who ensure our environmental integrity filters throughout the company rather
than being lead just from the top to maintain our vision statement ”Printing
that doesn’t cost the earth”.
