Work Undertaken
Henry Ling Limited specialises in the typesetting, printing/binding and fulfilment of journals and books. We have all services in house from origination, typesetting, litho and digital printing, limp and case binding, lamination and fulfilment/despatch.

Henry Ling Ltd is family-owned and family-managed. This streamlines decision-making and allows us to react quickly to embrace emerging technology.

We take our responsibilities regarding the environment very seriously. Since the beginning of 2006 we have held accreditation to the internationally recognized Environmental Management Standard ISO 14001. This standard helps us continually strive to reduce the Company's carbon emissions and work in greater sympathy with the environment. We also hold FSC accreditation and use a wide range of recycled and part-recycled stocks. The Company also has a Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001:2008.

In this difficult economic climate you can be assured that the Company is financially sound and continues to make inward investment. In 2009 this includes an additional B1 five-colour press, an HP Indigo colour web press and, in the bindery, a Kolbus Casing-in line.

Henry Ling's commitment to quality is uncompromising. We try to understand our customers' businesses and work with them in the way they would want, producing quality products cost-effectively and on time.

We are a true one-stop-shop for books, journals and periodicals. In addition to litho and digital print/bind our range of services include typesetting and pre-press at the front-end and mailing fulfilment at the other.

These days everybody seems to be interested in the possibilities of cost-effective publishing, combining excellent quality and very low print runs without compromising on materials or binding quality. The solution is, of course, digital. Henry Ling have almost a decade of experience in digital and now operate both sheet-fed and web equipment for mono (additional two spot colours on the web) while our high-quality HP Indigos, again both sheet-fed and web, take care of the four-colour with an option of three spot colours.
